Product Description

We source wild-caught basa filets and smother them in a rich, Dijon mustard sauce. The fish is then broiled and topped with minced chives with a fluffy, lemon pilaf on the side since serving seafood without some sort of citrus would just be plain wrong. For this dish we’ve gone with crisp, steam-fried green beans as the veg accompaniment
