Product Description
Locally sourced beef flank is rubbed with a special blend of Southwest-inspired spices, seared in a hot skillet to seal in all of those natural flavours and juices, then sliced thin in order to amplify just how tender this cut of meat is. The potato salad is served with a low-fat, yogurt dressing which we’ve loaded with fresh herbs. Served with a chef’s selection of steamed veggies.
