Product Description
We source wild-caught basa filets and smother them in a rich, Dijon mustard sauce. The fish is then broiled and topped with minced chives with a fluffy, lemon quinoa pilaf on the side since serving seafood without some sort of citrus would just be plain wrong. For this dish we’ve gone with crisp, steam-fried green beans as the veg accompaniment

This dish was a real surprise for me. I ordered it because it’s Lent and boy it didn’t disappoint at all. The quinoa was really flavourful and the fish was super delicate and cooked perfectly. I didn’t know you could get white fish with this kind of texture. It was simply delicious and the beans were prefect done-crisp the way I like.
