Have you tried our Overnight Oats? They’re a great way to start your day and are loaded with a variety of healthy ingredients that contain antioxidants, fatty acids & more!  One of the many flavours we offer is our Strawberry Banana Chia Overnight Oats.   So delicious but don’t take our word for it.  Try the recipe and see taste for yourself:

1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1-2 Tbsp Crushed Walntus or Pecans
1/4 Cup Sliced Organic Strawberries
1/3 of an Organic Banana Sliced
1 Cup Almond or Soy Milk
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract or Syrup (optional)

Simply mix the ingredients together, cover, let it sit in the fridge over night and VOILA!
